Bording Data is the company behind the omnichannel POS solution, ViKING Commerce. Within Bording Data we have a highly specialized team of consultants and developers, ready to assist our customers.
In the menu you can find information about open hours, work processes and technical service. If you have any questions about how we support our customers and/or about ViKING Commerce, you are always welcome to contact us.
ViKING Hotline support is open all weekdays – 8am to 4pm
However, it is possible to get in touch with the ViKING Hotline throughout the week: 6:30am to 11pm (on call outside normal working hours).

Customers can contact the ViKING Hotline within the coverage period agreed in their respective Hotline Agreement.
The ViKING Hotline records and processes the call immediately. If the call is made outside Bording Data’s normal working hours, a control centre receives the call.
The control centre then passes the call on to the employees on call for ViKING.
The ViKING Hotline processes all calls as soon as they are received.
During peak hours, there will be a prioritisation of calls, however.
ViKING Commerce technical services are provided by partners Fujitsu Siemens, IBM and NCR.
